Joriane short (she/her/always jori)
Jori is a puzzler. To her nothing is more satisfying than putting the right pieces in their place. With over 15 years of emergency medicine under her belt she has grown her clinical operations experience to that which is geared towards limiting manual process, optimal time efficiency, technology integrations, implementing cost reducing measures, and keeping in mind the team who is doing the work. Her most recent role of COO at Ally Medical Emergency Rooms, she was instrumental in rebranding, developing workflows, integrating technology, leading the marketing team, and influencing people systems. Connecting with vendors and establishing accountability made no job too small for her to do. She graduated from Lakeview College of Nursing with her BSN in 2006, and a Masters in Nursing, Informatics in 2020 from American Sentinel University.
